·         Candidates are required to fill in all the necessary details and upload his/her scanned photograph and image.

·         During the submission of Maharashtra PGM PGD CET 2015 Application Form, candidates will be asked to generate a password.

·         The eligible candidates after filling in all the necessary details shall be able to submit Maharashtra PGM PGD CET 2015 application form.

·         Candidates must note that there is no provision to make any further changes once the Maharashtra PGM PGD CET 2015 Application Form has been submitted. Note: The in-service Medical candidates need to submit the PGM CET 2015 Application Form in person to the concerned authority (DHS, ESIS and BMC). Those who are the in-service Dental candidates, they need to submit in person the PGD CET 2015 application form to the designated authority.
