New changes in AIPMT 2015 Application Form
Central
Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has invited applications
for AIPMT 2015 from December 1, 2015. This year, CBSE has
made some new changes in AIPMT 2015 Applications. We bring you a detailed
insight on the new changes in AIPMT 2015 Application Form, to aid AIPMT
2015 aspirants with the same.
Candidates can apply for
AIPMT 2015 Applications till December 31, 2014. In case, a candidate misses the
registration date he/she can fill up AIPMT 2015 application form until 31
January, 2015 with late fee.
Candidates
who are appearing or have appeared in 10+2 examination are considered eligible for AIPMT 2015, if –

They attain the age of 17 years as on December 31 of the year of
admission
·
They need to secure at least 50% of the total marks in aggregate
of the subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology.

Complete
Online Process – The complete application procedure for AIPMT 2015 is
available in the online mode. As such, the entire application process,
right from registration to submission will be conducted online.
E-Challan –
This year, the E-Challan copies of AIPMT 2015 application will be automatically
updated.Till last year, AIPMT applicants had to write their names and other
details on their E-Challan copy before depositing the fees in designated bank
branches. But, CBSE has changed this and now the E-Challan copy will
automatically fetch the AIPMT 2015 applicant’s name and therefore applicants
will not face the hassle of writing down their names again.
Online
Affidavits – Another striking feature of AIPMT 2015 Applications is
that the applicants of three states, including Andhra Pradesh/Jammu &
Kashmir and Telangana can upload their affidavits in online mode. Candidates belonging
to these states can directly upload their affidavits and would not need to send
the documents in hard copy.
OTP –
Candidates while filling AIPMT 2015 Application shall be sent
an One Time Password (OPT) at their registered mobile number
for confirmation of their AIPMT 2015 Login account. They will have to enter the
OTP to confirm their identity, mobile number and application form.
Online
Thumb Impression – AIPMT 2015 Applicants have also been
enabled with another technology-driven new change. This year, they will also be
able to upload their left hand thumb impression online.
Online
Submission – Candidates will be able to send their duly filled in AIPMT
2015 Application online. Now this year, AIPMT applicants will no
longer have to send their confirmation page by post as they can submit the same
online. Therefore, AIPMT 2015 Applications is completely on
online mode.
New States Included–Several
states have been included in the list of states participating in AIPMT
2015. As many as 10 states including Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya
Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Odisha,
Rajasthan and Chandigarh apart from Faculty of Medical Sciences University of
Delhi, Armed Forces Medical College Pune, Banaras Hindu University Varanasi and
Hamdard University New Delhi.

AIPMT 2015 is
the most sought after undergraduate medical entrance exam conducted by Central
Board of Secondary Education for admission to MBBS and BDS seats under 15% All
India Quota in Government medical and dental colleges of India excluding Andhra
Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu & Kashmir.
AIPMT
2015 is scheduled to be held on May 3, 2015 to screen qualifying candidates for
approximately 3200 MBBS and 300 BDS seats at 130 Government Medical and 30
Dental Colleges of India, respectively.
